Sometimes stress, trauma, loss and other circumstances can lead to disharmony, depression, anxieties, confusion, family problems, chronic pain and sometimes serious mental health challenges. NARA’s adult mental health program provides a variety of counseling and support services for adults ages eighteen (18) and older.

All calls are returned within one business day. Initial assessments are made by a mental health counselor. Psychiatric evaluation may be scheduled after an assessment has been completed by the mental health counselor.
